product quality and coas
Verve supplies research-grade material and publishes batch-level Certificates of Analysis from independent third-party laboratories. A Certificate of Analysis reflects the composition and purity of a specific lot at the time of testing and does not guarantee results in any particular research application. Results may vary based on storage, handling, reconstitution, and other conditions outside Verve's control.
limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verve and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your purchase, handling, or use of any product or any information on this site, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
indemnification
